How long before kitchen can be fitted to new plaster?

We have taken two walls back to brick to fit new electrics with the plan to then plaster then have the new kitchen installed a couple of weeks later, well things haven't gone to plan delaying when we can plaster. As much as I am loathed to delay the kitchen install by 6 weeks (the next slot) am I right in thinking that 2-3days really isn't long enough to allow the walls to dry!?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

The walls will still dry even with units fitted it just means you can't paint the surfaces if not dry (pinkish). You won't damaged the plaster by fitting units you'll just slow down the drying process if air can't get to it.

after bonding or damp proofing, when the skimmed plaster turns light brown it is ready to fit kitchen, it will only crack if bonding is not put on thick enough.

You can fit/fix to plaster once it's set on the wall which is normaly about four hours from each wall being started it goes a dark brown colour this is a guide for you
