toilet in cupboard under stairs

hope someone can help, am wanting to put a toilet in the cupboard under the stairs, we have the fuse box and the electric meter in there, will these have to be moved or can they be boxed in a small cupboard ?? thanks

I have done exactly the same thing under my stairs. As long as your consumer box is over a meter away it will be fine. This could also be boxed in if you wanted

If they will be over a metre away from any taps, you can box them in to look nice, if not they will have to be moved.
