It depends on how big the house is. I had a two bed bungalow that would have put my current house in the lounge twice... How many radiators do you have, is the house a fairly standard size or is it large/smaller than average?

never skimp on the boiler, buy a good one it is the hart of the system, the cheap ones are cheap for a reason, measure your rooms,go on internet it will do your calculations and tell you boiler size,if you want it to last its worcester bosch or vaillant.

The correct boiler would be between 28kw - 34kw combi boiler to suit a 3 bed house with around 15 radiators.

A very good alternative to W-B & Vaillant is a Dutch boiler manufacturer called Intergas. good build quality and just as reliable as the other 2 previously mentioned. Also a significant cost saving too! I certainly would not have any issues if you went for your choice of boiler-Ideal Logic.

You need to take into consideration the amount off radiators you have in the house how many floors the house has also how many bathrooms you have. I recommend the ideal vogue 32 they come with 10 year warranty parts and labour included so for 10 years your have no expenses. I wouldn't ever scrimp on a boiler as it's the heart off the home and you use it everyday so you do not want one that is continually going wrong it will cost more in the long run. My company does boiler installs if your in need off a quote. Lee (Taurus Plumbing And Heating)

The boiler size seems a bit small for your house id use at least a 28kw depending on the amount of hot water demand. A lot of boiler manufacturers stated outputs are for the hot water delivery and the kw output for the heating side of things is capped at lower outputs
