Extremely Humid and moisture bathroom
Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.27 PM
Have my bathroom done recently and did install a XPELAIR extraction fan. But after using bathroom even just washed the hair, the window, mirror, the wall and ceiling become extremely wet! I really worry about the condensation problem there might be. Any suggestions please? Thank you!

Make sure the extraction fan has been vented to the outside.

Inadequate ventilation.
Your extractor may not be performing as it should be or it could be the wrong size of an extractor. Taking into the account of the performance of these extract fans is normally measured in litres per second (l/s) as follows:
kitchen, utility, bathroom (with or without toilet) - 2,500 mm² equivalent area. regards
