Removing door and pvc panel and install French patio doors

I want to remove a pvc door with a a pvc panel and window( half and half sort of thing .. Council house sort of thing) 190cm wide in total. The new doors would be made to measure this space. Do I have to look at building regs? Thanks

No regs will be needed for this unless its structural which I doubt very much. 👍🏼
