Would bathroom wall panels be suitable for my home.

I live in 3 storey flats, last year flat above me flooded their bathroom, water leaked through my ceiling down the walls, as cladding is hollow would water stay inside panels when they are sealed with silicone and skirting.

if your on about the pvc tile effect wall boards you can use instead of using tiles then yes the water would just build up on the board and begin to bow or water will go through ant seals that are not sealed properly
