Not sure what trades man I need to repair my celling
Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.26 PM
At the moment I have wooden panels across my kitchen celling. I want to replace this with a proper celling but I am not sure what trades man I need.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

You won't need a joiner.
It should take 1 plasterer & labourer 1 day to complete.
Based on a 12m2 ceiling
Rip down old ceiling
Reboard ceiling 12.5 mm plasterboard
Tape joints
Skim ceiling

Ideally you will need a joiner to take down the panels and make any amendments and a plasterer to reinstall plaster boards and skim the ceiling. You may find one of either trade that can do both of the trades for you.
