Combi boiler making screeching noise when hot water turned on

We have a Potterton HE Promax Combi boiler which has been making a loud screeching noise when the hot water tap is turned on. The noise gets louder the more the tap is turned. The pressure is showing in the green safe zone and the central heating is working fine and it doesn't make a noise. Whats causing it and how can it be solved? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

As for cause and repair you would be better served by inviting a Gas Safe engineer who specialises in boiler breakdown's to attend and rectify this existing apparent fault. Please ignore any other comments left by other engineers who mean well, but are attempting to diagnose a fault based on limited information provided by you!

could be scaled on Heat exchanges. and possible not enough gas coming in.?
