rerouting of boiler flue and where to reposition it

Hi and thanks in advance for your answer. I'm having an extension built and the boiler flue exists where the new extension will be. On the opposite side of where the boiler hangs is another wall. Outside of this wall is my neighbour's property, side return. Is it possible to reroute the flue so that is exists in my neighbour's property?

Simple answer NO. Building regs state that your boiler flue cannot extend on to a neighbouring property. it can either be minimum of 300mm or 600mm from the boundary depending on the orientation of the flue in relation to boundary line.
