Basically any oven with a maximum power rating of 2900watts or less, (2.9kw) divided by supply voltage (230volts in the UK) = 12.60amps, so would work off a 13amp plug top. However as its a constant load near to 13amps, its quote common for the plug top and socket to get warm during use and I have been to many that have burnt out over the years. As such it would be better to install a 16/20amp radial circuit from the fuseboard and feed the oven via a 20amp double pole switch that is suitably located above the worktop on in an accessible cupboard close by.
