Small leak in pipes near radiator

The boiler went off this morning and I realized the there is a small leak on the pipes near the radiators causing the pressure to drop. What should I do next ?

Next step switch off central heating let then be could .on radiator have for flat screw switcher on off.need turn to right so water will be disconect.on bottom radiator have connect pipe bouth side radiator .can see which one leak .take the key take off the pipe put around seal tape and put pipe back to radiator
