Damp in ensuite bathroom in the far corner.

A little bit of damp mould in the far corner and a wet patch just below it. Any ideas. There is no window but a extracted fan that is working well

As you have no window and the extractor isn't working there will be no air circulation in that room, which will cause the damp not to evaporate and allow bacteria to grow and cause mould.
Fixing the extractor would be a start!
