Hot water downstairs hotter than water upstairs

Hi From reading though your question it seems to me you have a combination boiler? If so it is fairly common for a faulty shower valve or mixer tap to allow cold water to flood the hot pipe work, in turn making the hot water seem cooler, this will affect outlets within close proximity to the cause of the fault. Is it possible for you to isolate either the shower or outlets individually? if so you can test these and work on a process of elimination. Another possible cause could be dead legs (long stretches of pipework) or issues with a blending valve if you have them. Hope This Helps Tom

ur kitchen tap will be hotter as strait hot water feed from ur boiler ur bathroom tap and bath tap are they thermostatic meaning they are set to temperature?? if you live in a new build house of maby last 10 years most prob have the thermostatic mixing valve under bath . its possible to turn it up for hotter water
