Who can we got to enlarge our fireplace hole?

We have taken off an old wall mounted gas forward had the gas supply capped off. We are wanting an inset electric fire but the hole needs making bigger to fit the fire. What kind of tradesman would be able to do this for us?

Any kind of handy man could do this it is a relatively easy job but personally if your not having brick showing as a feature Your best bet would be a plasterer as either way you will end up needing one at the end, hope this is some help
