Building a porch the width of a townhouse

Hi. We want to put a porch on our front on the entire width of the house which is about 4m. It is a modern 80'style townhouse terraced. Just to store shoes coats etc. Also to a depth of 1.5 m. Basically a front door a wide window and a pitched roof on dwarf brickwork. What is my first steps? Proper plans from an architect? Thanks

Hi, You will need to post under Architect Services. You will need a plan to be submitted for planning permission. Regards Ola
