Lights random dip and I hear a "zzzed" sound coming from my pc as well as the lights

Dip/Dim What is the cause of this please? Note, the sockets or lights never trip, but I am concerned mainly about the "zzzed" electrical sound.

Loose connections,get all the installation checked over asap.

Could either be a loose connection or the diode inside the dimmer switch
