Enlarge a Bedroom window (height top to bottom) on 1st floor

Hi, Have an extension in my house and want change the window and have a larger window fitted. Its going from top to bottom and wondering who would be the right people to do this? Is it Window fitters or a builder that I need to get this done? Am in Potters Bar/Herts if anyone can recommend someone?

Any competent glazer (window fitter) should be able to do this for you.
