Flue size 5inch log burner 6 inch

We have a log burner with a flue 6 inch our flue in the chimney is 5inch can we use an adapter to connect this up thanks

Unfortunately not. You can increase in size as the flue goes up but you cannot decrease in size as you go up. You would need to change either the liner in the chimney or the stove.
