Damp on ceiling and wall of porch area - what Tradesman do I need?

I have a damp patch in the corner of my porch. The ceiling is wet to the touch at times and the wall near the ceiling also has mould. There is nothing above the ceiling apart from a pitched roof so I'm thinking it could be guttering / tiles etc. letting in water. Question is what tradesman do I need to come and diagnose the issue? Damp guy or builder? Thanks

a handy man could change gutters.
however if problem still maintains i would say your porch would benefit from a new felt liner.
Remove tiles, re-felt, Replace tiles.
Roofer or general builder should handle easy enough.
