Best Heating/Hot Water Solution for a Small Studio Flat?

I am developing a very small studio flat and want the best suggestions for hot water/heating solution. It will require to power: 1 Radiator in the Room 1 Hot Water Tap for Sink in the Kitchen 1 Hot Water Tap for Basin in the Bathroom 1 Hot Water Mixer for the Shower I am leaning towards an all electric system (under floor heating for the room and an instant water heater/water heater for the water - but not sure if there is one which can provide enough for a shower and the two outlets. Advise is welcomed! I want something practical, smart and robust!

Hi,
We would probably recommend installing an electric Combi boiler. We have installed them in similar situations. The Electric boiler would supply adequate hot water to your outlets. It would also deliver enough kw output to heat the radiators / underfloor system.
