Gurgling newly fitted sink in bathroom

A few weeks after having a new bathroom fitted, the sink waste started gurgling. This sometimes happens a while after the water has drained. Is it a poorly fitted pipe, and how can I rectify this myself? Thank you

I would say that the drainage is not vented properly. I would suggest installing air admittance valve.

Hi you drainage system needs venting a quick easy way is to install an anti-vac trap to sink
