Cold tank fed electric hot water

I want to remove elec immersion heater and replace with 2 instant water heaters 1 under kitchen sink and 1 in the bathroom for basin & bath fed from cold water tank in the loft, in a One bedroom top flr flat. HELLO me again 🙄 Could you please suggest the ideal........ (1) kw I will need for the kitchen sink (hot enough to add cold water) (2) and the best litre per minute hot water that I will need. (3) kw needed for the bath (hot enough to need cold water added). (4) The ideal litre per minute heater is the best size to buy Thank you for your help, it is very much appreciated Annette
