All 3 radiators start hot but one goes cold after an hour

All 3 radiators are new, the boiler is about 3 years old. All 3 radiators start off really hot, but after an hour one goes cold. Any ideas? Yes, it has a thermostatic valve

does it have a thermostatic radiator valve? EDIT Well if its running hot for about an hour then goes cold while others remain hot it definitely sounds like the room has got up to temperature and the valve has shut off the radiator.
