Conservatories

My conservatory is 4 years old. It started to subside. The conservatory company underpinned. Just notice hairline cracks appearing again. Does this mean its subsiding again.

Hi Maybe, especially if the cracks grow larger and doors/windows start binding...best bet is to get either a surveyor or local builder to have a look.

Hi there would be a period off settlement after underpinning which may show up as small cracks but these shouldn't get any larger. If they do then this needs looking into

hi,more than likely these will be settlement cracks with the underpinning work re settling in again.ring the company and ask for assesment on cracks under your warrantee. anthony.
