Boundary fence are we obliged to paint neighbours side

We have changed our boundary fence but haven't fully painted the neighbours side Are we legally bound to do his side although the boundary fence belongs to us?

No, you are not legally bound to paint his side of the fence, and he also will need your permission to paint his side of your fence.

No your are not leagely a load to enter some one else property with put permission and they colour taste could be differant leave them to decide them selfs
