Neighbourhood Consultation Scheme - After Party Wall Agreement?

Dear all, Thank you in advance for all your time! I need some guidance. I just got my neighbourhood consultation scheme approved after a bitter situation with a neighbour. My question is, do I need now to set a Party wall agreement with them, for my small side extension which will happen 100mm from the boundary? Thank you again!!

no, as you are not interfering with the party wall no agreement is needed,
party wall agreements are only required if your carrying out work on the party wall
