Have hot water but radiators won't come on

I have a thermostat downstairs that if I adjust the temp it will turn th radiators on until it reaches temp then go off . I have hot water in taps and the thermostat is showing a flame but the radiators are stone cold ?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

If all the rads are cold and you have hot water check that the knob on boiler is on hot water and heating, If that fails it could be a faulty diverter valve on the boiler hope this helps. regards dave of g d property maimtenance
