How to clean/remove old & mouldy bathroom sealant and grout.

We have recently bought a house and would like to freshen up the bathroom by removing or cleaning the bathtub sealant and grout by the over-bath shower. Would appreciate any tips to sort it out and a list of what tools/equipment we would need to clean the area up. Cheers!
