What adhesive can I use on an existing floor covering and stick down riven floor tiles

It's an existing vinyl floor covering which needs to be tiled

You can use a single part flexable adhesive ,it would be better if you remove the vinyl ,but if this is not possible you can seal it using SBR primer.

You can buy a product from resin drives.co.uk which is basically a primer which binds your new resin surface to the existing surface what you have down
