Laying carpet over tiles

Hi, Is it possible to lay carpet over floor tiles, instead of ripping up the tiles.

Everything is possible, but I wouldnt recommend that! You need a normal subfloor for any flooring. In this case I would suggest to rip the tiles off and make a good job.

If the tiles are not keyed up and have a rough face then you could lay them down using the correct underlay and carpet grippers
