Could you please tell me if you also have companies that can arrange property surveys? We have been advised that a complete survey of the property is necessary in order to draw up a list of works.

As a company we have vast experience in the refurbishment sector. Our surveyor would be able to visit, inspect and identify the areas requiring remedial works. A schedule of works could then be drafted up to form part of the contract works.

a qualified and reputable contractor should be able to prepare a schedule, there are also surveyors who specialise in this type of work and would prepare you a schedule of dilapidations.
