main bathroom off of a bedroom

The 10x12 bedroom is the only way to the bathroom and I dont know what the best thing to do to make the house sellable as this is putting buyers, any ideas would be appreciated . Thanks

Would be easier to answer your question if I could see floor plan or a house itself. But maybe relocate a door opening?

if going through the bedroom Is the only way the easiest thing that could be done is to put up a stud wall to one side of the bedroom giving you a corridor to your bathroom and have a door off of this into your bedroom allowing
