Hiya, the majority of kitchens are the same really, but it is important to get a well experienced kitchen fitter, a good fitter can make a cheap kitchen look great, a bad one can make an expensive one look aweful. So spend what you can afford on the kitchen but don't skrimp on a good fitter is my advice. Also, some kitchens come pre assembled, and some are in flat packs, be sure to find out as there is extra cost in paying a fitter to assemble flat packs. As the earlier reply pointed out, yes Howdens are decent kitchens, I have one myself. Hope this helps.
