Pva glue over wallpaper

Can I seal my wallpaper with pva glue to make it waterproof and so I can wipe of dirty hand prints thank you

Pva will not give you a super clear coat of protection, and after some time it will get dirty as dust is sticking easy to it, same as unpainted caulks.

As said PVA isn't a good idea. Have a look at Earthborn Glaze. It's a water based eco-friendly product you can paint over which will give you a protective coating you will be able to wipe, Bear in mind you may end up with a slight sheen but anything that seals and gives a wipe-able surface is likely to do that same.
