Ask a questionKitchen Fitting
Does pre assembling kitchen cabinets reduce the installation costs?
Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 2.43 PM
Would a kitchen fitter reduce their fee for the installation of a flat pack kitchen if the cabinets were already assembled? The appliances are already in situ and the plumbing and electrics have been updated.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi there
Yes it would as flat pack kitchens are time consuming

It depends on the manufacturer of the kitchen, some pre assembled units are of a poor quality and are not built square so take more time to set level and plumb, unless I know of the supplier kitchen I would quote the price the same as a flat pack.
