Fitting a toilet and wash basin underneath the stsirs.
I was wondering if it is possible to fit a toilet and wash basin in the storage space underneath the stairs. The space is approximately 2ft wide and 4ft in length. It would need tiling and a ventilator as well as lighting.

Yes it is possible, they do a compact toilet and a cloakroom basin with will maximise the space in the room. It is advisable to fit a small Window in outside wall, but if that's not possible then an extractor will be ok.
