Bathroom Fitting

Fitting a toilet and wash basin underneath the stsirs.

Anonymous user 01/03/2024 - 2.54 PM

I was wondering if it is possible to fit a toilet and wash basin in the storage space underneath the stairs. The space is approximately 2ft wide and 4ft in length. It would need tiling and a ventilator as well as lighting. Thanks

Yes it is possible, they do a compact toilet and a cloakroom basin with will maximise the space in the room. It is advisable to fit a small Window in outside wall, but if that's not possible then an extractor will be ok.

The biggest problems is where is nearest waist and water pipes points. Sometimes it's can be hard job to fit the pippes.
