hot water come slowly in upstairs

hi i turn off the cole water stopcock and make empty the tank ,then fix the bath tap .and refilled the water , hot water coming in downstairs kitchen sink .but upstairs basin and bathtap water coming slowly ,what can i do

Did you had pressure before?
Maybe the pressure is low (tap being upstairs) or air trapped on pipework
