Tank cracked on close coupled toilet

hello, my tank is cracked and can't find any website selling a replacement tank only. Do i need to replace the whole toilet? The flush work perfectly but obviously water is leaking.

Some cisterns (tanks) have numbers on the underside of the lid, if you know the manufacture you can contact them and they should be able to give you the replacement product code. Not all cisterns have this, if your cistern doesn't then unfortunately you will need to replace the whole toilet
