noisy boiler after flushing toilets

When flushing the toilets the boiler makes quite a noisy noise. The boiler is 10 years old and it's only the last few months it's started making this noise and no the boiler doesn't fire up

Have you noticed the boiler "fire up" when flushing the toilets? Has the plumber plumbed your toilets into the hot water by accident?

I was thinking same thing ,is you cistern warm after filling up?
