Electric shower and under the sink instantaneous water heater

I live in all electric two bedroom upper flat at the moment i have a water tank that is heated with economy 7. I want to install mains fed electric shower and a under the sink instantaneous water heater is this possible

Yes it is possible, but you must have RCD protection on your consumer unit before installing these electrical items in your property. If you consumer doesn't have RCD protection then you can have RCBO's fitted so that the shower is protected by an RCD as its in a special location, but if it's not possible having RCBO's installed in your CCU then it will need upgrading to the current regulations.
