Has this plasterer done a decent job or not?

I recently had a plasterer come round and re-do the entire ceiling due to water damage. We then got a decorator to come round and paint it. Here is a photo of the finished ceiling: http://www.tiikoni.com/tis/view/?id=7f2da5e Although it is flat, it's not completely smooth. Am I just being fussy or have the plasterers / decorators tried to cut corners here?
