Loss of pressure in shower connected to electrical work?

Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 2.42 PM

Yesterday I had some electrical work done (an additional plug socket put in nursery) and by coincidence, or not, my thermostatic shower is now little more than a dribble. Is it possible/likely the two are connected and if so how can it be fixed? I wonder whether the shower is not getting enough electrical supply?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

I believe it's a power shower. If this is the case probably the electrical supply to it has been remove, of a fuse has blow up Call the electrician back. Tiziano

I agree with the original posted answer, easy way to establish if the electrical supply to the power shower pump has been lost is examine the shower pump when you turn the shower on, can you hear it running? If you still have power to the pump then post back so we can help you further!
