Can I render ontop of the wall instead of installing coping stones

Hi, I plan on rendering a raised patio wall using Weber.Pral M Monocouche render. Can i render the top of the wall, therefore doing away with the need for coping stones?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi Richard. From my experience, asking as you use edge beading on either side this would be fine. Thanks, Luke
