new pipework in kitchen

Hi, Can someone advise how difficult it will be to install new pipework for a sink in a kitchen as the current location isn't great and I'd like the sink moved to another area, however I'm having problems getting responses from tradesmen and wondered if there was a reason for this? Is it too big a job or too small maybe? Thanks in advance

It all depends on how good you are at DIY, how far you want to move the sink, and are there any obstacles that the pipework has to go around like doors. You can use push fit pipe for both the water and the waste so you wouldnt have to worry about soldering the pipes correctly, but push fit pipes dont look as good as copper if it has to be exposed. Also bare in mind that if it is not done properly and it leaks that it can cause alot of damage to your property.

Hi, Should be straight forward to relocate pipe work. But there will be certain factors which may restrict the relocation i.e. the waste? I hope this helps
