Foundation Block 440 x 215 x 300mm ( How many courses can be laid in one go )

Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 2.41 PM

Hello I have a question regarding Foundation Block ( 440 x 215 x 300mm ). How many courses can be laid in a day / one go ? Also i have seen different merchants advertising the width and height in different varieties from H 215mm x W 300mm or H 300mm x W 215mm. I am planning to build a garden wall up to the height of 2 meters give or take. If we Build it using the height of the block at 215 mm we would be using around 9 block for the height , were as if built with the height at 300 we would be using 6 block in the height ( yes this would be slightly under the 2 meters ). Is the block designed to be build on in a certain direction or would it be ok to build for a "L" shape garden wall ( End Terrace house ) Thank you in advance Regards Luke

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
