Single oven connection with a 13amp fuse

Can a single oven be plugged into the cooker plug socket with a 13amp fuse plug,and hob fitted to cooker socket (hard wired) oven is 2600-2800w (230-240v)

13amp fuse will more than be ok for a single oven max capacity of 2800w.
If unsure always get an electrician.

Yes, that is generally the way it's done. Perfectly fine.

Yes that would be fine as it will pull 12amps maximum
