5 knotty pine interior doors replace or paint
Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 2.41 PM
I have 5 knotty pine interior doors that has been clear varnished at one time 2 of the doors half way up have 4 square Panes of glass . Do not like them at all so do I have to change all of the 5 doors or could a professional painter sort them out and leave them in a nice satin white paint finish for me . Would the cost of doing this be more than replacing them P S live in Bangor .
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

The decision is debatable, depends on the design / style you are looking to achieve.
HM Decorating's suggestion is the most cost effective as new doors will incur costs of a carpenter to fit, door furniture & then those doors are likely to need to be coated with something.
