remove integrated washing machine

need to remove faulty integrated washing machine. british gas engineer says it wont come out needs worktop lifted. any ideas how to sort this?

You washer should have adjustable legs on it. You can low them with an adjustable spanner. I normally fit the appliance on a 40mm base which helps if an appliance break because you can slide it straight out over flooring
