Where to get reclaimed floorboards?

Hi All, We've just moved into a Victorian semi-detached. We're hoping to restore the original wooden (pine?) floor throughout but a fair few floorboards are split and need replacing. Any ideas for getting hold of cheap/free floorboards? Have looked online and eBay but was surprised by how expensive they are! Cheers, Sam
