taking a small fire of bedroom wall

if i switch all electric off, then unscrew plug , pull wire through will that be ok

If you turn all the electric off then maybe. Plugs can be unplugged. Maybe you are referring to an electrical wall outlet? Wires shouldn't be pulled until they are disconnected. An electrician would ensure with appropriate testing kit that the electric is definitely isolated before working on the circuit. This is the difference between a DIY approach and a professionals approach. You seem to have an idea of what you want to achieve and how you'd like to go about it. I can't guarantee you would do it safely so my advice would be if you have any doubts at all then engage the services of an electrician.

Get an expert in, they are trained, have the knowledge and experience, you obviously don't have. DIY ? it could kill you or cause a fire and harm your family.
